Black Roses Phantom
Added 2022-02-24 18:18:59 +0000 UTCTwo years ago, the production of one of the first custom decks ever was discontinued. When I heard that I got a little sentimental - for two seconds. Then I decided to design my own version as a tribute. I've started doing magic when the first custom decks came out and I even think this deck was my first custom deck ever. That's why my fascination with this deck is a little bit bigger.
In 2020 I've posted a picture of this deck in the Lens. Only recently did I realize that I never made a post about it. A few days ago, I redesigned the back design, and I thought it was time to share this idea with you.
The black and white back design casts a shadow on each side, creating the effect of the design sticking out. In addition, the design fades slightly into grayish on the sides.
Although the back is already designed, this is still more of an idea at the moment. As with all my decks, it's not something I'm just going to produce and release on the fly. It will come at the right time when it feels right.
