Black Roses Immergrün REPRINT

The idea to reprint the Black Roses Immergrün deck is in my head for a while now. A lot of you ask me where they could find the deck for a decent price and this simply isn't possible anymore. With a bit luck you find it on ebay for 50€.

Only 1500 Immergrün decks have been printed in 2018 simply because I couldn't afford more at that time. I thought about 1000 new decks with Hanson Chien since I'm really really happy with the V1 reprint by Hanson Chien. But the green color of the back design is a special color that USPCC mixed together. So it's not really possible for any other company to recreate the exact same color. And since there is no time pressure I finally decided to reprint them with USPCC. Originally I wanted just 1000 decks so that I have 2500 Immergrün decks in total. 2 x 1500 decks would be nice as well but 2500 reprints would just cost a few $ more than 1500 and we have the option to crush the decks thinner. So I think 2500 will be the final print run so that 4000 Immergrün decks exist in total.

You don't get the exact same deck again - I think I don't even need to explain it to you anymore that it is my goal to always improve something. Since a few days I'm working on the redesign of the faces. That's why I also redrawn the hand of the Queen of Spades, which I showed you in the last post. I wanna send these files with the Dondorf deck to USPCC at the same time, so that they hopefully get finished in the same time span.

Old and new King of Spades - Justin Miller. I didn't just add the original hair and crown, I also changed the size of the eyes and added that extra ring around the pupil to come as close as possible to the original court card details. And it took me way too long to redraw that one eyebrow. :D And something that isn't really visible just by looking at this image but I also use my redrawn face cards for this reprint. There is no reason for me anymore not to use them. So really everything on the faces is redesigned and not just some details.

Old and new Ace of Spades. To match the color idea of the latest Black Roses Aces the big Spade pip will be green. Same as the rose stem to make the color of the black rose even more present.
