Going After My Nobel Prize - The Portland Soda Works Story

I almost never drink sugared soft drinks now (because I have developed a problematic and financially damaging relationship with La Croix) but the other day at BBQ place I thought "What the hell, a Coke. It's probably been three years since I had one." My mouth tissues absorbed the brown elixir before I could even swallow, and the dopamine blast to my brain was on the level of an eighth grade nicotine hit. Probably the best thing I have ever tasted in my life.
