Added 2024-06-25 10:35:06 +0000 UTCI’m a little concerned as there’s a bump in my arm so I hope there’s no glass left lol I reckon it’s just scar tissue. I’m literally so happy I can work out properly again, I’ve been eating such crap this last week 😭 (it’s been amazing).
