sorry for late response but you use this tool https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XI5VrJK88bGfc4vtm9d2Bdo9FikY6dj3/view?usp=sharing put the executable into your main game folder to run you extract the portrait files from the game library, then modify them in photoshop check the file / image type for each file: the large / small portraits are RGB-8 you don't have to modify much for those but the medium base portrait plus animated face expressions are INDEXED .tga files this means any new picture you use you must first be painted in RGB-8, then turned into INDEXED color so you can save and export as .tga you'll also need to build a color table for the indexed colors the lowest right swatch must be blue, the second lowest right must be black you can save this color table and use it for all medium size images of .tga format when you've exported them all as .tga you insert the large / small, then continue with the medium texture BUT remember to tick 'use TGA-palette' JUST ONCE, after you've imported one medium texture tick that shit off or it won't work, it'll corrupt and override the color tables and it will look warped i've attached some pictures for reference, but if it's still far too alien and you guys are interested, ill make a little vid to explain this https://i.imgur.com/JCJxaJ4.jpg https://i.imgur.com/CB7sosl.jpg
