Strange Gift 0.6 Changelog

New Content:

Added one new character model

Added a rule to make girls your slave. Slaves no longer lose affection or lust from either the spy or the lingering effects of the Dream Lover spell. Blanket Consent and Help Me with Magic are requires for this rule, and the “Dress Slutty” and “Be More Daring” rules provide a discount. Making a girl your slave automatically increases your dominance skill unless it’s already maxed out.

Freyja’s dialog has changed slightly to account for some of the changes in the game.

A small scene was added that can randomly occur with Olivia when you and she are both at the library.

The Fight Darkness spell now produces a different render at each location (except home)

Two new scenes, involving Chloe and Olivia, are available and are required to end the darkness at the Beach and Library, respectively. 

All in all, over a dozen full screen renders have been added to the game.

UI Improvements:

Once you learn the proper way to flirt with a girl, the less effective methods no longer appear as options.

Bugs:

Locations no longer populate incorrectly when you are at home when time passes.

Foreplay skill is now applied to hugging/kissing/making out actions, as was originally intended. A significant increase in lust levels should result.

Non magical girls now never help you reduce the darkness

Time should advance after interacting with a girl at home.

Girls no longer lose affection from being jealous of themselves.

Chloe no longer claims she’s not submissive when she’s given Limited or Blanket Consent

Functionality Changes:

Learn Sexuality spell now tells you everything there is to know about a girl’s preferences and dislikes, rather than just one thing.

You can now do meaningful interactions with just one character per time period -- introducing, asking about jobs, and asking for a number do not count. 

You can now do flirting, spellcasting, and hugging/kissing/spanking etc. in any order, as the girls will not vanish.

Flirting skill now has a chance to improve every time you flirt, rather than only if you choose the right option.

You can now flirt with the same girl more than once in a day, but the effect is reduced after the first time.

A girl’s lust may no longer drop below her submission.

Skills are now maxed at 8. They were largely ineffective past this level anyway, so this is mostly a cosmetic change except for a few cases. It does mean mana is capped at 8.

Blanket Consent now gets a discount if you already have Limited Consent

Girls may now only help reduce the darkness to an amount equal to their magical ability each day (so having sex with a girl more than once in a day is ineffective, and having sex with a girl you have already made out with is less effective too.)

You start with a dominance of 1 instead of 0.

The affection effects of “Dream Lover” now decay more slowly

“Naked Day” at the Pool is now cancelled if the Darkness gets over 25

Girls dress as if under the “Dress Slutty” rule if at a location where the Darkness is reduced below -25.

Read a Book is no longer available as it’s currently almost always a poor option -- I intend to re-implement later.
