general monday updates! pngtuber streaming, commissions, etc

hi all! it's been a while. obviously this patreon is more or less just a tip jar at this point - i want to share a little bit about what's been going on with me since i stopped regularly updating this place!

i am most active on bluesky these days under the handle whoismonday.bsky.social ! most of you probably found me via twitter but that platform has ground me down. i feel excited about sharing my work again on bluesky, i'd love it if you joined me there.

i made a pngtuber! i did a successful test stream on twitch recently - not art, just silly roblox gaming, but i'd like to eventually stream art again. i will almost certainly do more of these, so if you're interested in hanging out with me and watching my little goat talk, you can follow me on twitch!

as many of you know, i do have some prints that never went up for sale. i still have them, and i'd still like to sell them. i have really struggled with my current order fulfillment setup - i rely almost entirely on paypal buttons, which are unreliable on a good day, and paypal often exports inaccurate information. it has been hard to handle this on my own and each drop so far has been pretty fraught, so i want to resolve it and get back to selling my work instead of just letting it gather dust!!!! if any e-commerce/spreadsheet experts are in the crowd here i'd love to talk to you.

for those of you who have graciously stuck around here, when the times comes that i am ready to sell my prints, i will be posting an early access link both here and on the patreon discord server. remember that if you ever have any questions you can ping me at any time in the discord server!! i am not often chatty in it because i use discord very little in general, but i always have notifications on!

a little more in the way of banal career/life updates: i secured a bit of 'real work' as an artist doing freelance merch design thanks to the recommendation of a lovely mutual, but it doesn't always pay the bills in a timely fashion. if anyone has any leads for design work, hit me up as always!!! i may or may not be attending graduate school next fall so i can eventually teach, also. who knows what the future will hold for monday

lastly, to those of you who have intentionally stuck around and continued to donate despite my inactivity: i really can't thank you enough. i think money is tight for basically everybody right now, and it has happened more than once even since i went dormant here that patreon donations have gotten me out of a pinch when i have fallen short on rent or bills. your contributions have directly helped my survival and when i think about it i get emotional. i hope i can pay you back someday by becoming secure enough to steadily produce engaging artwork again. i am sorry i 'fell off'. life has gotten so much harder since the pandemic but i think i am gradually finding my footing again. your support is invaluable and i really love you all so dearly, thank you for everything, let's all survive in 2025
