august monthly drawings have been sent out !

busy month!! a pretty wide selection of themes here. thank you as always, i had a lot of fun :') can you believe it is september already?? god help me

sorry no shirt update this last month; the studio spent almost the entirety of august prepping for a gallery event and i ended up doing organizational work on that instead. september should be wide open though ! i hope to record some of the printing process, or maybe stream some of it via discord-- speaking of which, if you have had issues joining the discord server, here's a new working link that hopefully should not expire. ping me if your role doesn't get assigned properly!

i wanna provide a heads up that moving forward i will be preparing some kind of 'will not draw' list for these monthly drawings; not because i am getting swathes of personally offensive requests or anything but because i do occasionally get prompts with content that i know for sure i will not be able to draw well. for example, i cannot in good conscience take someone's money in exchange for me drawing a sports car, or a mech, or a historically-accurate suit of armor or something. the final product will not be worth it unless i dedicate an amount of time to it that is unreasonable for the cost.

i think rather than awkwardly negotiating these every time, i would rather get ahead of it and make a shortlist of limitations. does that sound fair to you all? i rarely get a prompt that i feel i truly cannot draw, but it does happen-- i think people tend to stay mostly within my wheelhouse, which i am grateful for. i always appreciate it when my patrons play to my strengths lol
