Build Flash Belt WIP 8/2
Added 2023-08-02 15:15:16 +0000 UTCSclash backgrounds are now working and the Sclashjellies go to twist rather than shaking. Panels also mostly work. Need to make it so you can still press the blue button atop the trigger.
I never knew what some commenters were talking about with Rogue's background being broken on Sclash, but maybe this fixed it.
Twin Breaker needs to be done and maybe I'll add to the lights for the sclash driver.

it'll be fixed in the next update. too many _parent.'s on the check in place to work with the panels
