This story hit home for me. I was doing foster care and noted how some kids was in a system were family's seemed to trade off the kids to keep the money going but never adopting them , and when we went to a support group many of the foster parents only complained how bad there kid were and one foster parent even said she had one of the other foster kids last year as for my wife and I we fell in love with the three we cared for and adopted them and had them in our care for the last 14 years Someone put a lot of thought in this story or seen it.
