General Flash Belt Update

Been working on substitutes for Flash and one is running it on Newgrounds with the Ruffle Flash Emulator. The problem that I face is Ruffle doesn't emulate the layer effects. This means the books all appear all white and the letters on the sword don't glow. It's a feature they're looking on adding later. Worst case scenario I redo these and y'all look at white books for a week.

However, for right now this is the best option. I'll look at starting to upload on Newgrounds to keep those up and I'll be uploading the files with the updates right here.
