2025-08-06 19:38:03 +0000 UTCYep, truly solid trilogy right there. But unfortunately it just HAD to continue. I think it would be good to leave it there- the latest one really doesn’t add much. It easily ranks alongside Toy Story 4 and Matrix Resurrections when it comes to belated and thoroughly redundant sequels to trilogies completed and well told.

2025-08-05 13:23:21 +0000 UTCEvery time I watch this, part of me thinks "hey, maybe it'll end right here and Caesar won't have to die," but it never does. This one's definitely my favorite of the 3. For a long time, I had Badape thumbs up'ing in his vest as my wallpaper. I still haven't watched the 4th one. I'm sorta hesitant because I'm pretty satisfied with these 3 movies existing on their own. It's kinda like a Toy Story 4 situation. I finally saw that one. Wasn't bad, but it feels separate from the first 3.
