We're Working on Fixing Discord
Added 2020-05-19 03:24:17 +0000 UTCUpdate: 12:44PM PDT - It seems like it's fixed. If you're still not in the Discord, log out and log back in to force a role refresh. If that doesn't work, shoot us a PM and we'll manually whitelist you.
Signing in and out of Discord should fix the problem, but it takes the Patreon bot a bit to get everyone's roles set properly again. If it isn't working in the AM PDT, we'll pursue alternate solutions.

I'm a recent patron and have connected my discord account to my patreon account, but have not gotten server access after logging out/logging back in. Let me know if there are any additional steps I should take.

2020-05-22 14:29:02 +0000 UTCYeah, there were a lot of connect and disconnects for the bot for a bit there, so the roles went away. They should be back now, and will repull from Patreon the next time you start Discord or log out/log back in.
