Oh that might be too on the nose for the show and he was born in Brooklyn Ok what about New Jersey legend Bruce Springsteen's song Thunder Road, is this a bad song? Anyways, Tangled up in the Blue, Positively 4th Street, Ill stop listing Bob Dylan songs because that cheating. Seven Nation Army, Money, Baba O’Riley, Pinball Wizard, Sound of Silence, Isn't She Lovely?, Every Picture Tells a Story. Paranoid, My Way, Stairway to Heaven, Bittersweet Symphony, Elephant. Also countless other songs that are great that don't have a chorus. Anyways the point is that from what was shown on the show itself during the recording session, it sounded good. It wasn't until we all got to hear the meow song that we realized how bad it actually was.

It was when they were arguing with the engineer, he was criticizing the song because it had no chorus or structure. It was just verse after verse so nothing to hook people with.
