The Gus scene is one of my favs in the whole franchise. To celebrate beating Lalo he allows himself to have one little fantasy - drinking wine in a fancy bar, listening to a handsome charming man describe wine to you, sniffing the cork and imagining what life would be like retired on a vineyard with this man. And then as soon as he leaves Gus snaps back to reality - as long as he's embroiled in a decades-long revenge plot he can never get close with anyone, because that's a weakness others will exploit, just like they did with Max.
When we were watching this live everyone was like "wtf" just like y'all because there's 4 episodes left and they wrapped up almost every loose end. Someone else described it as "you spend most of BCS wondering when Jimmy McGill is gonna 'become Saul Goodman' and then it finally happens in a snap and you're like.... oh no, not like this".

The episode title reminds me of an old saying my dad would say when me and my brother were rough housing, I'm sure it used to be more popular, "It's all fun and games until somebody gets hurt."

I've worked restaurants a while. Even when it's busy, people absolutely have long conversations, and a somm will not always make a sale. Gustavo is a regular, as well. This happens ALL the time.

It's fun that they have no idea what these last 4 episodes could be. I'm sure they'll remember what's left as soon as episode 10 starts though.
