But he did succeed though. He got the job. I think it just comes back to the "Wolves and Sheep" thing. He's probably just feeling bad because of recent events and them giving so much so fast that it's easy for him (a wolf) emotionally dump on the "sheep." There's probably some level of emotional sabotage in there as well. Overall, his point doesn't make sense because being a good salesmen is literally the core competency for the position and he probably works off commission.

He is actively proving to himself that his way (smooth talking and borderline scamming himself into a job) is far more effective for him than trying to play it straight ever was. I think this fact angers him as it confirms that Chuck was right and that Jimmy is almost forced to play the "bad guy" if he wishes to succeed. Then he takes it out on the poor copy shop bozos

2025-01-03 07:47:03 +0000 UTCIt's good writing cause I didnt agree with her until she explained herself and then i saw where she was coming from. I'm kind of a howard in (poor emotional intelligence) that way. sometimes you dont even realize how something you're doing can come accross.
