2025-01-03 23:56:44 +0000 UTCJimmy is truly sad about Chuck’s death but unable to express it, so he offloads his guilt onto Howard; If you think back to when Chuck told Kim about their father’s death, it’s clear that Chuck blames Jimmy for their father dying; I think the origin of Jimmy’s pathologies is that he internalized the guilt of ‘killing’ his father, and that’s why he can’t face his responsibility for Chuck’s death; it’s triggering for Jimmy, because it’s as if he has killed his father all over again
