Added 2020-11-16 22:50:00 +0000 UTCHey everyone, wanted to post an update for y'all! I just moved to the new place. Still awaiting the moving truck so I can finish setting up my office and recording space, but in the meantime I figured I could post about my plan for the Patreon going into December.
PATREON BILLING WILL RESUME NEXT MONTH!
Wanted to make sure I mention that right now so you all know! I will resume my Patreon work next month after making my changes to my tiers. I have updated my commission tiers to reflect discounts on commissions instead of the current free commissions. This means the following:
• The $10, $15, $30, and $45 tiers have been removed.
• A new set of tiers consisting of $10, $20, and $30 will replace them, and will include 10%, 20%, and 30% discounts on both commissions and my Gumroad store.
This should still allow me to have perks for both animators and fellow sound engineers, while still charging appropriate prices for commissions. My $5 tier still contains a 30% discount on my store if you are only looking for that discount.!
As far as my sound libraries go, I will be removing them from my monthly content and will personally aim to make one every 2 to 3 months. I will still be polling y'all for what types of libraries I create though!
That's everything for now. I will be reaching out to everyone on the affected tier changes to let them know what is going on.
