2024-11-05 04:24:25 +0000 UTCI'm behind on reactions so I'm just getting to this, and maybe someone else has told you, but regarding Rebecca's wardrobe, Hannah worked closely with the show's costume designer Jackie Levy on choosing clothes for her. She has started numerous times that Rebecca's wardrobe was her armor after her divorce, and that she would want her clothing tailored to fit her perfectly to give off the strong/powerful woman vibe. So yes, Rebecca's clothes fitting so well was a choice!

The fact that she didn't want to tell him soon after it happened is revealing.

This show actually has several references to Cheers, which makes sense, since Jason Sudeikis's uncle is George Wendt, who played Norm on Cheers. By the way: Sam Richardson, the actor who plays Akufo, is the guy whose personality is what Sam's is most directly inspired by.
