next episode is the winter finale!! This season has such a steady build up towards the final battle and its so satisfying if im remembering correctly. Loved the reaction!

2022-06-28 00:44:31 +0000 UTCYeah, I think the sultan even beats out Hook's dad for the worst 😄 Hook's father sold his kids into slavery but at least he didn't try to KILL them. Regarding Alice's dad, the side effect of the wish is cruel irony. Now HE is the one people aren't going to believe. He learned the truth first-hand — traumatizingly so — but instead of getting clarity and contentment because of it, he gets the opposite. He was forcibly taken from his daughter right as they were reconciling, he nearly died, he knows she's in grave danger, and he knows that if he tries to tell anyone about what he saw, he'll be considered just as crazy as Alice was. Perhaps worst of all, even though Alice forgave him, he still has to live with the guilt. Not only did he not believe her, but he now knows she was telling the truth the entire time. All magic does indeed come with a price :(
