I dislocated my shoulder when I was in high school. Soccer I jury, funny enough. Broken bones hurt worse, but itโs still no joke because all the muscles freak the f* out and lock up to try to protect the joint. And that can make it hard to put it back in or even pull it back out again, like Jaredโs did. Not an uncommon occurrence. I audibly winced when I first heard that story.
