2023-07-10 03:36:59 +0000 UTCSuch a great movie. It's funny you mention Drive, that was one of my first thoughts too. I hadn't paid much attention to Ryan Gosling for most of my life, but those two movies really brought him to the forefront for me as a really solid actor. The amount of emotion he can provide, with such understated acting (reinforced of course by excellent editing and directing) is really impressive. Personally I liked this movie more than the original, but they both have some really fantastic elements. I'm really excited to see what else Denis Villeneuve can bring to Sci Fi after Dune 2 comes out later this year.
