Agreed about Adam! It also seemed weird because as this flash-forward shows, it indicates that Adam loses and definitely should have pushed for Dean as the vessel vs the youngest son. And I know they do try but I can't help but wonder why the angels didn't press Dean after Sam said yes in the finale...don't you think he would rather die/fall into the cage with his bro?

Even endverse Dean made our time time Dean prove who he really was… But Cas instinctively KNEW it. *proudly adjusts shipper hat* 😁💙💚
