Yeah, I've always kind of thought Jack was a red herring, but I think this episode finally cemented it for me. While I DO thick he is involved with the what's going on to some degree, I think he's more of a stooge. I think Eleanor is more likely the person who killed Armand Duquesne (or at the very least, ordered the kill). I mean, she had that whole whispering scene in the first episode with him that Kate stubbled upon. Then that phonecall in this episode, and get insistence that Clint just drop the case entirely. I def think she is working for Uncle/The Big Man, and it's HER that made Jack the CEO or whatever of the front company for the Tracksuit Mafia. Oh, also, the thing Clint took when he went down the elevator was the Ronin Blade. It's collapsible remember. Clint loves his collapsible weapons.
