Hi everyone! Sorry the previous link didn't work! Here is a special URL to give y'all access to my journal article recently published in the Clinics of Otolaryngology / Sciencedirect / Pubmed.
There are 3-4 significant typos // proof errors on this draft. They were noticed shortly after the article went live and are being addressed by the journal editors but they haven't fixed it yet. So if you see any embarrassing typos -- they embarrass me too! lol.
Rather than just waiting around for them to update the article, I figured I'd share it with the community here!
I was invited to contribute to the otolarynology clinic's gender affirming manual. I decided to use the opportunity to create a "clarion call" of sorts, pointing out many of the unacceptable shortcomings in the traditional SLP dominated field of gender affirming voice care.
I am proud of the article -- but I'm sure if I had more time I could have made something even better. <3 hope you all enjoy!!
