So I know this was a while ago, but I'm just watching it now. The broach storyline was definitely a thing in the books and the movies. And the trauma got glossed over in the books too. You don't really realize it when you read the books or watch the movie as a kid. Anyways, I'm so happy I have another reactor to watch with this series!!
