I hope I'm not too late on this, but if you're thinking of doing another one of these spice videos, I think you should give a try to Snow Patrol hot sauces. I don't know if you heard of them, but they have a few flavors, and each one of them is named after one of their songs. It's a hot sauce music edition =). They even have one that tastes like Carolina (if you happen to be missing her already). And the profit of the sales goes to a charity related to music.
