Stumbled across your channel by chance, one of your videos was recommended to me on youtube and so i checked it out (it was some sort of music commentary thing) I liked how you could just pick notes right out of a song and play it without even thinking about it, true talent! then I found out you made your own music! needless to say, I have some new and fresh jams to listen to and a new favorite youtuber/content creator/music artist! win, win, win!!

The biggest turning point for me was actually meeting with a dietician surprisingly. I did a complete 180 and have never felt better. Each person's journey is different and there is no one solution for everyone. I appreciate Joel mentioning that. π
