Upgrading and getting a hat

Hope everyone has had a class bank holiday. I was in the mix with the creme de la creme of graphic designers at All Points East yesterday and feel like I've been down the pit today because of all the dust.
Anyway - quick message from us about upgrading and getting a hat. Unfortunately Patreon is absolutely rubbish at alerting us to people that have upgraded. New members it's totally fine and we can get a good spreadsheet of you lot. But if you've decided to bump up from Freemasons to Illuminati to get a hat there is not a reliable way of generating a list of those people. We are doing our best to monitor it but it's hard to catch every upgrade.
We really don't want to miss people and we want to make sure that everyone has the headwear they richly deserve. So if you upgrade and you need a hat please can you drop us a direct message via Patreon when you upgrade letting us know. That'll mean we've definitely got you and we will get you a hat sent out ASAP after that. If you think you are owed one at the moment having upgraded please do drop us a line as well. Sorry for both Patreon's dodgy reporting software and indeed ourselves.
