I think you should not install a H scene every time you visit a new location. It would be too strange if there were not any scenes with other NPCs after that. And in my opinion, it would be much more interesting to see how other relationships develop. For example, because the fitness trainer already lets go of some startups, but another customer only starts when her husband is on a business trip a few days later.
