General Update - August 2025

Hey, it's time for an update post to make sure everyone is aware of where things are at with the channel and what content is coming.

I finished the Bike Trip at the end of July. After recovering, I did a rebound project in order to regain my orientation and get back into the flow of making content. If you haven't seen it, I produced this video on Pirate Software:

I needed to produce a video on something I felt strongly about. Given I had been directly involved in the original blow-up last year, and because it involves our community, I feel justified in producing it. I didn't release it early on Patreon in order to help make sure the Halo Machinima aspect was a pleasant surprise to viewers.

The Bike Trip

I successfully completed the Fallout bike trip from Los Angeles to Washington DC. I have set aside 4000 dollars of my own money, one for every mile I rode, in addition to 510 dollars in donations I was given along the way, and will be donating this money when a video is produced.

I have produced 741 gigabytes of footage from this trip. While that might sound impressive, it amounts to a mere 37 hours of footage. Which is more like 37 hours of me complaining about what I had gotten myself into, which is like a work week of bitching but I did get the trip done.

I have no clue what this video will be or turn into, other than that it is a separate video from the FO3/NV project and will be coming out sooner.

Fallout 3 / New Vegas

If you didn't read the last post, I'm still putting this out in 2026. The current work being done will be to process the footage I currently have and continue researching and polishing the script until the Starfield/Shattered Space video is done.

Shattered Space Video

This is the main video being worked on at the moment. I have a core hook for how I'm going to structure the video. I don't want it to exceed 2 hours, nor do I want it consuming any more time than it needs to. I'm moving up my estimate of when this video will release to ahead of the holiday season.

Patron Stream

I'm thinking of doing another patron stream soon, or at least one where we'll answer patron questions and then go public later. There will be a dedicated announcement post if this happens that you can post questions to.
