There is nothing of note to detail in this version other than background tweaks. This release is to synchronize my code to a binary version before I move to another radio.

I want to start off with amazing work and thank you. I think I found a bug. When in VFO and on a station, I was on 94.7 Mhz, I switched modes to a group I created and started scanning my group. After about 20 seconds of scanning the sound from 94.7Mhz started playing but the display showed scanning my groups. This would happen repeatedly until I went back in VFO and changed to 145Mhz which had nothing on it and then went back to my group scan. After I changed the VFO to a dead station I had no problems after that. I wanted to at least throw this out there in case this work around can help someone.

2025-08-05 23:03:58 +0000 UTCThank you, Marcus, for this version of H3. This is definitely the best firmware I have used! I'm trying to test all the new features, especially 'Noise Ceiling,' because I also want to hear the poor signals (H3 has a really good RX, for the price). If anyone can share their expertise in this matter, it will be appreciated. The next useful feature is Scrambler - BIG THANKS for this. I know that is not allowed everywhere, but it can be useful from time to time. BTW, currently this function is working well, but 'globally' for the whole radio. Could you please add the option in the future to be able to set the scrambler for the memory channel? It will be more comfortable for everyone - I guess. Of course, I know that you are focusing now on the RT-880, but maybe you can add this to the "wish list" for next months, when you will be back to H3 or RT-900. BIG THANKS FOR YOUR WORK!

2025-06-28 10:53:55 +0000 UTCIs anyone seeing a long tail squelch after talking on this version? Haven't changed any settings including menu 35 Sq Tail Elim Off is the only thing I can see. If anyone has any other settings that I can check as well. Thanks.
