Hiya. Towards the end (from 20mins or so) Grace makes the point that state capitalism seems to be taking over from neoliberalism as the dominating paradigm. She says this hasn't been picked up by the Left but that there were a lot of people writing about it. I was wondering, if you/she could point me to the people writing about this or significant pieces that have been published recently? I'll start listening to her podcast as well though in case that theme is picked up there. I would find it interesting to explore to what extent that paradigm change will impact growth strategies in the global south and whether organisations like the World Bank will shift their narrative accordingly. Obviously China is already having a significant impact in many countries, in particular in SSA.
