Jason Okundaye joins me to discuss his recent article in Tribune magazine, Labour's Other Heartlands. We spoke about how Labour's policy offer to black and brown voters was far less tailored to their concerns than one would think from media narratives around Labour's neglect of its post industrial seats in the Midlands and the north. We also spoke about whether Labour needs to accept that its voting coalition in the future will be geographically and demographically different from what Jason describes as the coalition between Bethnal Green and Bolsover.
