Bug Fixes:
Resolved a bug (introduced in v1.32.0) that caused BA to crash on startup if BA had not been previously run in that instance of VAM.
Resolved a bug that caused an error on startup in certain scenarios where VARManagement was not active but a VAR was disabled in VAM.
Resolved an issue that was causing thumbnail images of resources to not always be loaded if using the filter by Resource name
Improvements
Implemented some performance improvements that may reduce BA startup times
