Rebuild
Added 2024-11-29 19:48:31 +0000 UTCEveryday Iโm slowly rebuilding the body. Not just in terms of my physique and how I look, but how I function and my mindset to my body.
Sleep, diet, exercise, mindset, drive, all changes when you go through surgery. Some for the worst some for the better.
Iโm now out of the recovery faze and into the building faze.
