The left guy got more details since the first sketchdump :D His name is Melchior, he is fond of myths and legends, knows all legendary Latorian heroes, and secretly wants to become one. There are tiny fox heads on his left sleeve - they are referencing the emblem of Latori.

The right guy was claimed by Дядя Ара. They suggest a few names for this character, and I picked Miguel, because it fits him well :)
