In keeping with a canine theme this month, I'd like to introducing the articulated Wolf!!
This features a print-in-place body, similar to the tigers and bunny, but with snap-fit heads in two variants!! You get the standard smiling face and the howling face versions! The snap-fit makes it pretty easy to swap between the heads.

3D PRINTING SETTINGS:
Two Heads!: both Smiling Face and Howling Face versions! Snap-Fit to Body. No supports needed.
Body: Pre-supported. No additional supports needed. Several joints must be wiggled and "cracked" free in order to articulate them. Be Extra careful with brittle filaments, like silks
Multicolor 3MF: Compatible with slicers based on PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Orca.
10%-15% Infill.
3 Walls
This should generally scale down to about 65% with full articulation, on a well calibrated printer. Your mileage may vary.

Did you find a solution as we are having the exact same issue and cannot get the heads to attach as the ball doesn't want to go in

I’m using a technique of manually swapping out the eye color with black for each layer that has five colors. This works but takes a lot of babysitting. Any other techniques out there?

If I scale the head up a percent compared to the body, would it hold it better? Also. Would you do a version that prints lying down? So it could be quicker to print. Or is that too tricky with the design? Thanks xx

Wolves are my favorite animal alongside horses XD does take it to being over a 2-day print with the colour changes, but it's going to be so worth it! Thank you for yet another awesome animal! Oh and yes thank you for the 2 head options, that is an awesome idea!
