Hey Gang,

I'm very excited to be sharing this new design with you all.  The early release of my new Bat design is upon us!  A fun flexy that, with the addition of a pair of #12 rubber bands, becomes even more exciting!  Perfect for the Halloween season!

Another exciting advancement on this model is, NO SUPPORTS.  Well, as long as you use the included pre-supported head, and pre-brimmed body.  These include small sacrificial parts, that make additional supports unnecessary.  This is the ideal method for printing it, and should simplify things quite a bit!  You will also notice on the final model four additional holes on the back (not present in the above photos).  These are channels for hanging the bats using fishing line, or thread.

I'm planning to release this model to Cults3D later next week.  In the meantime, I would love to hear any feedback so that I can address any issues before I release it there.

The Bat uses size #12 rubber bands in its wings, like These Rubber Bands***
I also bought an Assorted bag from Staples, which did include size #12.
Size #12 is 1-3/4" when measured flattened. (Not Diameter)

3D PRINTING SETTINGS

• Body: Print-In-Place.  Use the Built-in Brim version.

• Head: Snap-Fit to Body. Use the Built-in Support version.  No additional support. 

• 5-15% Infill.

• 3 Walls.
