P-Update + Some Trivia

A wonderful day to all of you,
My mood is freaking fantastic right now, implementing the current update is fun as heck! Well, I thought of something interesting for this progress update: Some trivia regarding a certain main character! For those who just want to see the progress update, here ya go:
All resources have been made now, and implementation has begun. I've already done the huge story scene and am now at the free roam part of the update. That means, difficult coding... -sigh- ... If only implementing a game could always be like this, I LOOOOVE coding! Also, the changelog needs to be updated as I added 2 more monster girls. Also, a new fetish will appear, and it's a weird one... AND, since I know you awesome pervs, you'll LOVE it! ... Probably.
Honestly, the non-linearity of the update makes it kinda impossible to predict when the update will be ready, but with how addicted I am to working on it, I guess it'll drop MUCH sooner than expected, just like it did with Hell.

Alright, and now for some fun trivia:
I eventually want to make an extra trivia post about how the monster girl world came into being in the first place, but one thing I can tell you right here: There is a certain set of monster girls I lovingly refer to as 'ancient monster girls' because I either created them in my head a looong time ago, or because their pictures were created a looong time ago. One such monster girl is none other than the belial Beliako-Rai, whom I created in a batch together with some other devils and angels (that batch also included Mikaela, Serene, and Beliala-Tal). Interestingly, all four are the latter type of ancient monster girl; the characters themselves didn't exist yet, I just thought 'Hm, the monster girl world could use some angels and devils'.

Since this trivia is about the purple warlock, let me present you with the original picture from years ago:

The picture was created on the following date: (?). Seriously, I can't tell you because properties is lying to me, apparently the picture was created after it was changed... Makes sense, thanks, Windows. I guess something got confused after migrating or something. Back then, as you can see, AI models were still VEEEERY novel and not really sophisticated, also I didn't know what I was doing at all. My guess is that this pic was created around winter 2022, but I really can't tell.

Now, we jump forward in time. As developing the monster girl world became more and more real instead of being only a pleasant thing to think about, more and more main characters came into being. Eventually, I looked at the angel and devil batches I created to see who could become one, and really, I only had to look over them once, it was immediately clear to me for all 4 of them. by that time, AI had evolved and these old af pics needed to be updated to reflect the now existing characters. So, I present to you Beliako-Rai 2.0:

Once again, Windows thinks it can just lie to my face and hide when it was created, so I have no idea. I still love this one, there may be a lot of random nonsense in it, but it accurately reflects how she looks in my head. And, this remained her official pic until, well... A few months ago, actually, when it was time to implement Hell. Of course, I had to update her pic so I used img2img like I did before, knowing that this is her and that I want her to keep looking like this. So, here is Beliako-Rai 3.0:

This was her official picture pretty much until the release of the 0.1.10 BETA, but there was something off about it, something bugging me like a needle stinging my abdomen: SHE DOESN'T HAVE GRAY SKIN, HER SKIN IS SUPPOSED TO BE PURPLE! So, I got back to work and tried again.... And, again... And again. For some reason, I just couldn't get her right. That's when I decided to say fuck it and started from scratch. There were a few new versions of her that didn't last long because there was always something off about them, but eventually, I did it.

That's it, her official image. You know, whenever I create a monster girl, I am only proceeding when I get this certain tug, something akin to the awesome feeling of having a weight lifted off your chest, and this pic finally did it. This is how she is supposed to look.
... But, the most observant of you might've picked up on something: Her dialogue box pics look different from this image. Well, the reason for that is that this one isn't exaaactly her official picture, there is one which is even better, perfect even. So, for the first time and exclusively for now, here she is, Beliako-Rai:

This is the one from where I got the dialogue box pics, the ultimate picture of hers. The sheer arrogance and confidence, the elegance, the quiet but obscene power... Aaaah, that really IS her. Oh, and fyi: The reason she displays her boobs here is because she covers up when she is outside. The lowly peasants of Hell are unworthy of seeing her in all her glory, I guess.

Well, and that's the story of Beliako-Rai's creation. There is a reason I picked her, I absolutely looooove all four of that batch to death! I can't wait to show you her amazing character arc and the role she is playing in the story.
