Haha pretty great videolog. Likely my favorite MLiG episode (RGB 104) next to the game tour one, as it completely changed my life and gaming world. You guys are right, 480p is definitely dark on a PVM (20L5). If you're not already doing so, I would recommend adjusting the brightness depending on the resolution of the game/console. Using a 20L5, and of course settings vary on the set, I like the contrast at 75 across the board, brightness at -2 for 240p, 5 for 480i, and 18 for 480p. That may help.
