We do a little mid-month check-up

It's the middle of December so it's time for the check-up. I've been struggling (as usual) to get pen on tablet and get something out, but now it's time to get into gear. Holiday image ideas are sort of sparse, but I've got some vague concepts that I might be able to build on.
What I really need to do is stop worrying so much about finishing an project. I think the dread of some piece taking too long demotivates me enough to not want to work on anything. It's a tough feeling to shake but if I just get more used to stopping after, say, a refined sketch, maybe it'll help.
