To @Matt Lewis and @It'sMe_PearBear!, All you need to do is lick the green link which will install the mod, next you open downloads and drag the mod to your desktop, then in your windows search type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click .minecraft, after that find a folder titles "mods" if you don't have one, you can always make one, drag the mod from your desktop into the mods folder! after that open minecraft with forge (tell me if you need help with java and forge! Hope this helps! (sorry for the long comment)

you can get the bedrock edition on iPad

The mod is only available on a PC or laptop/computer

As far as I know it is not compatible for ipad but, I could be wrong. I know it is downloadable for bedrock java edition, pc java works great, hope its compatible for you sake

After loading the above jar..we are seeing these files are harmful to the system ..we did keep the anyways ..not sure will it introduce any virus to the system..and then after copying those files in mod file..when we try to play with it says..Dragon file mod is missing mod and it depends on..geckolib:any....any guidance is here to fix the issue..we had paid 10$ and 25$ to play with and wasting our time since 2 days..we need some customer support here...when you maintain the public websites and we are pouring our money you should also provide customer service...

I really love this mod but it would be nice to see it in different versions. I'd be happy with it just going to the aquatic update if anything.
