Wonder Boy 3, Phantasy Zone and more!

Hi all, I have too many news this week!

-New System 16 beta with four games added: Wonder Boy 3, Phantasy Zone, Action  Fighter and Alex Kidd. Note that WB3 is in the alternatives folder only for now.

-For MiST and Sidi, just use the attached files as usual

-For MiSTer, beta files are now stored in jtbin and you can download them from there. You can also use the update_all script but you have to enable the beta feature before. To do that, start update_all and press "up" so you go into the menu, there, then follow the steps in the video

-MiSTer users need to copy the attached beta.zip file to games/mame. If you use update_all, this should be your only action once per month to get beta updates

-If beta.zip is not found, the game inputs will be locked. MiST/SiDi versions don't need beta.zip

-Betas are not for distribution. They are only for members of the beta test tier. There is no module used in the beta cores for which I don't have the right license or direct permission from the author to use it in this way

-Eventually, betas and source code will be published, as I have always done

-A full-time hire will join the JT team starting next week. He will be working on new CPU modules and on verifying the existing ones

-theYpsilon prepared update_all to support the new beta approach. I want to work with him in improving the quality of the updater, so it works more reliably

-JTBIN now contains betas and the latest updates

-JTSTABLE is a new repository that updates more slowly with focus on stability and no surprises

-I hope that this new arrangement will make life easier for MiSTer patrons, all feedback is appreciated.
