My gosh, I've had to go to spinal correction these days because it's misaligned. And tbh its supperrr suppperrr hard & hurt 🥲🥲🥲
SO for the best, I hope you keep an eye out for sitting and working positions from now on. Becuz if not this can cause soo many other kind of illness hmuhmuuu
