Ren’Py Developer Update - December 2023

It's a little early, as I'm releasing this month's article, the December 2023 Ren'Py Developer Update. It covers some of the new things that were added to Ren'Py this month, like two ways translation loading was sped up, and how files are now loaded faster.
There are also a few tidbits about things that have happened in December, and the upcoming Visual;Conference.
Thanks to everyone that supports me developing Ren'Py, and I look forward to seeing what the community creates in 2024!
