Ren'Py Developer Update - September 2023

This month's article talks about what happened in September - a month that had two fix releases, the implementation of a new feature (variable fonts), the start of work on the next-generation Ren’Py updater, and and a few milestones in my life with and without Ren’Py. Finally, it goes over the set of features for the next major release of Ren’Py.

I don't see how. With all of the game available on the player's computer, everything needed to run the game is there. That's true for any game platform, unfortunately.
