Hi everyone,

Another quick update about the next chapter: it’ll most likely be released next month, probably in the second half.

Some completely unrelated stuff:

I guess like half of the internet, I also couldn’t wait to get my hands on a machine learning text-to-image model… and now that Stable Diffusion was kindly released to the public. So, the last month has brought us a lot of cool stuff.

For example, we can now submit an image to the AI and see how it re-imagines it in a different style. Like, let’s say, something more photo-realistic:

What do you think? It's kind of amazing what the Ai can do in 20 seconds, isn't it?

Is the AI version of the girls better than the original? There are still a lot of issues in general, but some of these are quite good… and I didn’t even spend much time tinkering with the settings. Give it 2 to 5 years more and this might change how visual novels are made. Interesting times ahead of us.

But anyway, that was just me playing with a new toy like a silly kid. For more interesting news, here are a couple more previews of chapter 5:
