The KPop Concert (Part 2)

A week later, Alan threw down his backpack as he got home from school. He immediately opened the fridge. “Hey Alan!” He heard an energetic voice from behind him. He turned around to see Justin who looked somewhat smaller, he had his right hand on his hip which looked very odd to Alan. “Lookie at this!” He held his phone up to Alan, it showed tickets to another Kpop show later that month. Alan smiled, “You like it now huh?” Justin blushed and his face turned red, “Uhhh duh!” He said putting his hand over his mouth as he let out a little giggle. Alan was happy but a little confused, he hardly ever saw his brother show emotion. “Did you hear the new BTS song??” Justin continued talking, “It’s Perfect!” He said energetically. Alan shook his head, “Uh no, I guess I’ll listen to it.” He said heading upstairs. “Okey dokey let me know what you think! I’m heading to the mall with some friends.” Justin said holding up a peace sign and walking out the door. 

        The next week was a little odd for Alan, he knew something was up when he saw that his brother hadn’t been to a gym in a week. But he definitely knew something was up just by looking at him. His buzz cut hair was now down to his shoulders in a little less than a week. Not only that but it turned from brown to black. Alan couldn’t put his finger on it but his body looked different too, when Alan tried to close his eyes to imagine what his brother used to look like, there was no memory there. He could only recall how he looked now, but Alan just knew that wasn’t right. 

       A couple more weeks had passed, Alan found himself getting creeped out by his brother’s new obsession. It was a day before he was set to start his second tour of duty, Alan was watching TV when Justin came downstairs. Alan glanced at his brother, he hadn’t seen him very much recently, he was always out of the house with the new friends he made. What Alan saw made his jaw drop, his brother was wearing an off the shoulder sweater and a pair of white skinny jeans, but that wasn’t what made Alan panic. His brother wasn’t even recognizable anymore, he looked like a full fledged girl… an asian girl. “Dude… what the hell.” Alan had seen his brother the past few days, but nothing clicked in his brain that nothing was different until now. It made Alan’s head spin. Not only that… but Justin was VERY cute, Alan found himself nervous like when he talked to popular girls at school. Alan watched as he put on a pair of girly sandals, “Wher-e are you going.” He said stuttering. Justin’s cute face lit up, “Korea!” He gushed. “What?” Alan said, still really confused. “Yah! I will be a star!” Justin seemed like he was having a hard time constructing words. “Dude let’s go  I’m taking you to a hospital.” Alan said panicking. Justin looked at him with a really confused face, “Hospital?” His new high voice said in a thick accent, he didn’t understand Alan. Alan looked up and down at his brother more, his body looked so frail and small now, he was really cute, the exact opposite of before. “My name is Ji-Sun now. Bye brother, thank you so much!” She leaned in and kissed Alan on the cheek, Alan was still stunned, Ji- Sun blushed and walked out the door to start her new life.
