MIDI file fixes!

Hi,

I fixed an issue with the MIDI files, where some of them would have large chunks of empty space in front of them. This was because I usually record few takes at the same time and once I get one I am happy with I remove the information in front.

I kept this empty space, because for a long time I could not resolve an issue where resetting the starting point in my DAW would mess up some of the MIDI information, especially related to sustain pedalling.

I randomly found out the fix for this yesterday, so I regenerated all the MIDIs - feel free to redownload them if this was an annoyance for you.

I also noticed the MIDI for Life Sent on was completely broken, so that is fixed as well :)
